🚚 Shipping & Handling Times
For in-stock items, orders usually ship within 5 business days. Backordered or reserve items may take anywhere from 5 to 25 days to ship, depending on availability and demand. If an item is sold out, it will be made available again once restocked — timelines may vary based on supplier or seasonal factors.
💬 Order Issues
If there’s a problem with your order (damaged, missing, or incorrect items), please email us with your order number and a brief description. We’ll do our best to resolve it quickly.
📦 Bulk Orders & Custom Bundles
Planning a larger order or want to build a custom tea bundle?
Email us your request — we may be able to offer bulk discounts or special packaging, depending on availability.
🔁 Returns & Cancellations
Order Cancellations:
In-stock orders may be cancelled before they ship — just reach out as soon as you can. Pre-orders or reserved items may have limited cancellation options, so please contact us for specific guidance. In some cases, a cancellation fee of up to 10% may apply. This only applies to the item subtotal and not taxes or shipping.
Returns:
We rarely accept returns due to the nature of our products. If a return is approved, it must be requested within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging, and proof of purchase is required. Most accepted returns will incur a 15–30% restocking fee. Returns without prior approval will not be processed.
International Orders:
We do not accept returns on international shipments. Refunds or credits for international orders may be offered on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds:
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few days for your bank or card provider to process the refund. Refund amounts may be reduced by any applicable fees, such as restocking, shipping, or cancellation charges.
Damaged or Wrong Items:
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please let us know right away so we can make it right.
